5) How are the book and the FREE bonus packages delivered?

Answer:
Once your credit-card payment has been authorized (which typically takes a few seconds), you will be redirected to a private web page where the book is ready for immediate download.

To begin downloading, simply click the download link. Once the download has finished, simply go to the folder where you saved it, and double-click the icon.

You can then download your FREE bonus packages any time you want from inside 'The FREE Downloads Area' of the book.

6) How long does it take to download the ebook and the FREE bonus packages?

Answer:
The speed of the download depends largely on the speed of your Internet connection. Typically, downloading the ebook itself should take between 3 and 6 minutes.

The FREE bonus packages are made up of files of various sizes and will take varying lengths of time to download. In total, the entire package is made up of about 150 Mb of downloads.

7) "What exactly is an e-book and how do you create one?"

A simple explanation would be to say that an e-book is a computer file. Generally a self-running one (executable). This computer file contains pages formatted in HTML (the actual contents of the book).

When a user runs this computer file, a browser-like interface opens up with the cover page for the e-book and then links to an index page - it's just like surfing the web!

Through your e-book, you can present the reader with a table of contents -or a list of topics- from which he (or she) can select the pages he wants to read, with just a few mouse clicks.

8) What are the system or software requirements for the ebook?

Answer:
For the moment, most of the ebooks are compatible with Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT & XP. You need to have Internet Explorer 4 or higher installed on your PC (it doesn't need to be your default browser, it just needs to be installed). As most of the e-books are in PDF format, you need to have ADOBE Acrobat Reader or Acrobat e-Book Reader software installed. They are presently given FREE and can be downloaded by clicking on the icons below.

We hope to release a version for Mac & Unix users in the near future.
