crabs
duck egg
radish
broiled pork
chemical egg
a dash cabbage
roast chicken
cucumber
some cherries
stewed pig tripe
eggplant
parsley
salted egg
carrot
a dash red pigment

Directions:

  1. Steam crabs. Remove shell and cut the body into 6 pieces, each piece with one leg.

  2. Slice roast chicken, broiled pork, and stewed pig tripe.

  3. Slice cucumber, eggplant and carrot into thick shreds.

  4. Cut a pieces of cucumber, remove the seeds and cut the green piece of cucumber in the shape of a coconut tree.

  5. Remove the shell of salted egg. Press the yolk flat in a plate brushed with oil and then steam.

  6. Carve radish into the shape of a flower. Then color it with red pigment.

  7. Boil the duck egg. Remove the shell of chemical egg, then carve both eggs into the shape of a flower.

 

Setting and Garnish:

  1. Put back the crab pieces in the form of a crab. Put broiled pork, roast chicken, stewed pig tripe etc. in the center part of the crab and cover with the crabs shell in the original shape. Put the two crabs facing the opposite direction.

  2. Arrange cucumber, eggplant, cabbage, carrot shreds, etc. at the end of the plate in the shape of a house, garnished with "coconut tree", parsley and flower shape pieces.

  3. Put the salted egg to represent the moon in the sky.

  4. Set the chemical egg and duck egg between two crabs and garnish with a dash of yolk.
