Deep-Fried Chicken with Lemon Recipe

Ingredients

chicken meat
salt
MSG
egg yolk
cornstarch
lemon
Worcestershire sauce
tomato ketchup
white vinegar
sugar
fried oil
cucumber, for garnish
tomato, for garnish

Directions:

  1. Slice chicken meat into 12 pieces, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp MSG, 1 egg yolk, and 1 tbsp cornstarch, stir and mix well, then dredge in cornstarch.

  2. Slice lemon, add 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp white vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2 salt, 1/4 tsp MSG, and 7 tbsp water as lemon juice.

  3. Slice tomato and small cucumber.

Methods:

  1. Heat 6C oil in a pan, add chicken meat, then deep-fry till golden brown, remove and drain.

  2. Boil lemon juice, add 1/2 tsp cornstarch and 1 tbsp oil to lemon juice, pour over chicken and serve.

  3. Garnish with tomato and small cucumber.

 

Notes:

  1. Don't boil lemon slices with lemon juice. Place the lemon slices on the chicken meat as garnishing.
