Ingredients:

taro (about 1 1/2 lb)

large shrimps
black pepper
cornstarch

Directions:

Beat 6 tbsp
boiling water into 4 tbsp flour, mix thoroughly.

Remove the peel
of taro and cut into slices, steam about 30
minutes, then press as paste while hot, add 1
tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG, 1/8 tsp black pepper, and
1/2 tsp cornstarch, mix well.

Clean shrimps,
drain and dry, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp MSG,
1/8 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 tsp cornstarch,
mix well.

Wrap shrimps with
seasoning flour paste (step 2), but leave the
tail to look like a guitar.

Methods:

Heat up oil in a
pan, place guitar shrimps into the pan, deep-fry
till golden brown and remove.

Garnish with lettuce and red
flowers between shrimps.
