Directions:
-
Remove the crust
of toast and dice (bread crumbs)
-
Shell and devein shrimps and
clean in salted water, drain and mince with
pork, add 1 egg white, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG, 1
tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp sesame
oil, and 1/8 tsp black pepper, stir in the same
direction shrimp paste, then divide into 24
small balls.

Mix pepper salt: Mix 1/2 tsp
five-spice powder, 1/2 tsp brown pepper powder,
and 1 tbsp salt in a clean pan, stir fry over
medium heat 1 minute.
Methods:

Heat 6 cup oil in
the pan, dip shrimp balls into toast dices, then
deep-fry shrimp balls over low heat 10 minutes,
turn over high heat for 3 minutes till golden
brown.

Garnish with tomato, scallion
shred, and parsley.

Serve with saucer of pepper salt.
