Deep-fried Spareribs Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb
2 cloves
1
2 tbsp
2 tbsp
6 cup

Marinade:
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1/2 tsp

Garnishing:
 

spareribs
garlic
egg
flour
potato powder
oil


sesame oil
five spice powder
black pepper
MSG
salt
sugar

lettuce, radish, cherry, tomato, parsley
 

Directions:

  1. Remove the peel of garlic and chop.

  2. Cut spareribs into small pieces, marinate with marinade, chopped garlic, egg and 2 tbsp flour, and 2 tbsp potato powder.

Methods:

  1. Boil 6 cup oil in pan, deep-fry spareribs over high heat for 10 minutes, remove and arrange in the serving plate.

  2. Garnish with lettuce, radish, cherry, tomato and parsley.

 

Notes:

  1. Potato powder is used in place of cornstarch to deep-fry meat in Taiwan, to make it more crispy.

  2. It is the best to deep-fry spareribs to loosen the meat from bones.
