Directions:
-
Remove the peel
of garlic and chop.
-
Cut spareribs into small pieces,
marinate with marinade, chopped garlic, egg
and 2 tbsp flour, and 2 tbsp potato powder.

Methods:

Boil 6 cup oil in
pan, deep-fry spareribs over high heat for 10
minutes, remove and arrange in the serving
plate.

Garnish with lettuce,
radish, cherry, tomato and parsley.
Notes:
-
Potato powder is used in place
of cornstarch to deep-fry meat in Taiwan, to
make it more crispy.
-
It is the best to deep-fry
spareribs to loosen the meat from bones.
