cornstarch
grouper fillet
oil

MSG
black pepper
sherry (wine)
sesame oil
hot pepper paste
red pepper oil
1 chili, 3 leaves

Directions:
-
Quarter each
beancurd in triangle, hollow out the slanted
surface and sprinkle with a dash of cornstarch.
-
Mince grouper, marinate with
marinade and 1 tbsp cornstarch, stir and mix
well, then stuff into hole of bean curd.

Methods:

Heat oil in a
pan, place stuffed beancurd into the pan, deep-fry
over low heat until golden brown, remove and set
in serving plate.

Garnish with lettuce and chili.
