Deep-fried Stuffed Beancurd Recipe

Ingredients:

4
2 tbsp
1/2 lb
6 cup

Marinade:
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/8 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp
1 tbsp

For Garnishing:

squares bean curd
cornstarch
grouper fillet
oil


salt
MSG
black pepper
sherry (wine)
sesame oil
hot pepper paste
red pepper oil

1 chili, 3 leaves lettuce
 

Directions:

  1. Quarter each beancurd in triangle, hollow out the slanted surface and sprinkle with a dash of cornstarch.

  2. Mince grouper, marinate with marinade and 1 tbsp cornstarch, stir and mix well, then stuff into hole of bean curd.

 

Methods:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, place stuffed beancurd into the pan, deep-fry over low heat until golden brown, remove and set in serving plate.

  2. Garnish with lettuce and chili.
