slice ginger
carrot
celery
hot soy bean paste

MSG
sugar
soy sauce
vinegar
sesame oil

Directions:

Shred beef
against grain, deep-fry over low heat till
brown-black (about 10 minutes).

Shred ginger.

Peel carrot. Cut in 4 inches long
shred.

Cut celery into section.

Methods:

Stir-fry shredded
ginger and carrot till half cooked, add celery
sections, stir until cooked, and hot soy bean
paste stir evenly, place in shredded beef season
with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 MSG, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/2
tsp soy sauce, stir-fry over medium heat fill
dry.

Pour 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tbsp
sesame oil into the pan, stir, remove quickly,
sprinkle in 1 tsp brown pepper powder.
