shrimps
dried black mushrooms
salted ham
bamboo shoot
young ginger, shredded
green peas, cut into pieces
hot red pepper, shredded
soup stock
tomato ketchup
salt
MSG
dark vinegar
sugar
cornstarch |

Directions:
-
Soften dried
black mushrooms in warm water and shred.
-
Boil salted ham and shred.
-
Peel and clean bamboo shoot then
shred.

Methods:
-
Fry fish in oil
until done then set on a plate.
-
Heat dried black mushroom,
bamboo shoot, hot red pepper, shrimp, ginger and
green peas in the pan with 2 cup soup stock.
Boil 1 tbsp tomato ketchup season with 1/2 tsp
salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1 tsp dark vinegar, 1 tsp
sugar and 1 tsp cornstarch paste, add to cooking
vegetables to thicken, then pour over the fish.
Garnish, serve.
