Fried Pork Roll Recipe
Deep-Fried Dishes Recipes

 

 

 

 


Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb

1 tsp
1 tbsp
1
2 tbsp
1 cup

pork fillet
large green onions
salt
MSG
sherry (wine)
egg
flour
bread crumbs
slices lettuce
oil

Directions:

  1. Cut fillet into slices (about 6 5/8 inches long and 1/2 inch thick). Beat both sides with the blade of knife, add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG, 1 tsp wine, 1 egg and 2 tbsp flour, stir and mix well.

  2. Cut green onions into sections about 6 1/4 inches long.

  3. Roll up fillet with green onion and dredge in bread crumbs.

 

Methods:

  1. Heat 6 cup oil (300 oF) for 6 minutes, add meat fillet, deep-fry until golden brown and remove.

  2. Cut each fillet into sections slantwise, arrange in serving plate.

  3. Garnish with lettuce, serve.
