Directions:
-
Clean shrimps
with salted water, drain and dry.
-
Shred red pepper, scallion and
garlic.
Methods:
-
Half boil 6 cup
oil (300 oF) in the pan, place
shrimps in it, deep-fry shrimps for 1 minute and
remove.
-
Stir-fry the shreds of red
pepper, scallion and garlic with 2 tbsp oil, add
2 tbsp wine, 1 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper
and shrimps, stir-fry again remove immediately.

Garnish with radish, cherry,
cucumber, and parsley.
