Laver Roll with Egg Yolk Recipe
Deep-Fried Dishes Recipes

 

 

 

 


Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb
2 cloves
9
10 sheets

9 slices
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
2 tbsp
2 tbsp
6 cup

pork fillet
garlic
salted egg yolks (raw)
seaweed
scallions
lettuce
sugar
MSG
salt
sesame oil
cornstarch
flour
oil

Directions:

  1. Peel garlic and chop.

  2. Remove strings from fillet and slice, add 1 sugar, 1 tsp MSG, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic and 2 tbsp cornstarch, stir and mix well.

  3. Squeeze raw egg yolks into long pieces.

  4. Mix 2 tbsp flour with 2 tbsp water as flour paste.

 

Methods:

  1. Spread 1 sheet of seaweed, pork fillet, lettuce, egg yolk, and roll up as round shape. Dip both ends in flour paste then seal.

  2. Warm 6 cup  oil in the pan, add laver roll and deep-fry over low heat about 10 minutes remove and cut into sections, arrange in the plate.

  3. Garnish with parsley and serve.
