Ingredients:

Directions:

Peel garlic and
chop.
-
Remove strings from fillet and
slice, add 1 sugar, 1 tsp MSG, 1/4 tsp salt, 1
tsp sesame oil, 2 tbsp chopped garlic and 2 tbsp
cornstarch, stir and mix well.

Squeeze raw egg yolks into long
pieces.

Mix 2 tbsp flour with 2 tbsp
water as flour paste.

Methods:

Spread 1 sheet of
seaweed, pork fillet, lettuce, egg yolk, and
roll up as round shape. Dip both ends in flour
paste then seal.

Warm 6 cup oil in the pan,
add laver roll and deep-fry over low heat about
10 minutes remove and cut into sections, arrange
in the plate.

Garnish with parsley and serve.
