Shrimp Roll with Sesame Seeds Recipe

Ingredients:

2/3 lb

4 taros

1/2 tsp

shrimps
pork (fat)
taros
scallions
small piece ginger
salt
black pepper
MSG
lard net
black sesame seeds
fried oil
carrot
parsley
radish stem

Directions:

  1. Mince shrimp, pork fat, taros, scallions and ginger, marinate with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/2 MSG, then mix and stir in the same direction to make shrimp paste.

  2. Set the shrimp paste in the spread out lard net, then roll into long piece (about 5/8 inch diameter and 8 1/4 inches in length) and cut it into 3 sections.

 

Methods:

  1. Coat both ends of lard net roll with black sesame seeds then fry in the pan till golden brown.

  2. Garnish with carrot, parsley, and radish stem.
