MSG
lard net
black sesame seeds
fried oil
carrot

Directions:
-
Mince shrimp,
pork fat, taros, scallions and ginger, marinate
with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper, and 1/2
MSG, then mix and stir in the same direction to
make shrimp paste.
-
Set the shrimp paste in the
spread out lard net, then roll into long piece
(about 5/8 inch diameter and 8 1/4 inches in
length) and cut it into 3 sections.

Methods:
-
Coat both ends of
lard net roll with black sesame seeds then fry
in the pan till golden brown.

Garnish with carrot, parsley,
and radish stem.
