Ingredient:

small cucumbers
red peppers
small piece young ginger

Directions:
-
Discard tips of small cucumbers,
split and remove the seeds, then cut into strips
( about 2 3/4 inches long).

Remove the seeds of red pepper
and shred.
-
Shred young ginger.

Methods:

Place the cucumber strips,
ginger and red pepper in a bowl, add 3 tbsp sugar
and 3 tbsp vinegar mix evenly, let it stand for 3-6
hours.
