Methods:

Buy dry, clean and high quality,
mung beans.

Soak beans in bucket with plenty
of water for 2-3 hours.

Place beans in bamboo hamper
which can drip water, cover with sacks. Put the
hamper in dark place, pour water over it once
every 1-2 hours and keep the temperature about
99 0F.
Notes:
-
The water used to pour over the
green small beans must be river or well water
which has minerals to sprout the beans; tap
water and steamed water will not work too well.
-
The purpose of adding water is
to provide moisture and to stabilize
temperature.
-
Be careful, don't let
temperature increase especially on the 3rd-4th
days when beans are sprouting.

There is some sticky substance
when sprouting in summer. Therefore add a dash
of lime to prevent it.
-
It is necessary to have enough
water, moderate temperature for sprouting.
