Directions:

Kill and clean crabs thoroughly,
quarter each one, break the shell, coat with 1/2
tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG. 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp sesame
oil, let stand 20 minutes, then dip in
cornstarch.

Methods:

Heat 6 cup oil, 300F, then
deep-fry crab pieces over low heat till golden
brown (about 5 minutes), then remove.

Boil sweet-sour seasonings, add
1/2 tsp cornstarch paste, mix evenly place in
crab pieces, stir-fry crabs pieces, add 2 tbsp oil,
remove and serve.
