Fried Crabs with Sweet Sour Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

4
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
1 1/2 cup
6 cup
 

small crabs
salt
MSG
black pepper
sesame oil
cornstarch
oil

 

Directions:

  1. Kill and clean crabs thoroughly, quarter each one, break the shell, coat with 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG. 1/4 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, let stand 20 minutes, then dip in cornstarch.

  2. Sweet-sour seasonings: See Recipe, "Fish in sour Sauce"

 

Methods:

  1. Heat 6 cup oil, 300F, then deep-fry crab pieces over low heat till golden brown (about 5 minutes), then remove.

  2. Boil sweet-sour seasonings, add 1/2 tsp cornstarch paste, mix evenly place in crab pieces, stir-fry crabs pieces, add 2 tbsp oil, remove and serve.
