Pork Ribs with Tomato Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

2 lbs
6 cup
 

Marinated:
2 cloves
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tbsp
1/2 tbsp
2
1/2 tsp

Seasoning:
2 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
 

pork ribs
oil
a dash parsley


garlic
salt
MSG
sugar
sesame oil
black pepper
soy sauce
sherry (wine)
celery
meat tenderizer


hot soy sauce
tomato ketchup
sugar

 

Directions:

  1. Cut pork ribs into long pieces (about 2 5/8 inches long and 3/4 inch wide), marinate with marinade, then let it stand for 1/2 hour.

  2. Combined seasonings in the bowl, stir evenly.

 

Methods:

  1. Deep-fry pork ribs in 6 cup very hot (450 oF) oil till crispy about 8 minutes.

  2. Boil combined seasonings, drop in pork ribs, mix evenly, add 2 tbsp oil and serve.

  3. Garnish with parsley shreds.
