Ingredients:

chicken eggs

MSG
salt
oil
water

Directions:
-
Beat eggs
seasoned with 1/2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp water,
in a bowl, then add 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG, mix
well.

Methods:

Clean and heat
pan, pour 1 cup oil into the pan and heat over
high heat. Add egg mixture, sauté a little,
change to low heat, put on the cover and bake
about 3 minutes till golden brown. Then turn
over cover again, bake another 3 minutes and
remove.

Cut the baked egg into
rectangular shapes, set on the plate and serve.
Notes: The purpose for baking eggs
is to enhance its spicy aroma. |
