Beef Steak Chinese Style Recipe
Sautéed (Sauteed) Dishes Recipes

 

 

 

 


Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb

1 tbsp
2 tbsp
3 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/8 tsp
6 tbsp
1 cup

For garnishing:
 

beef tenderloin
carrot
onion
celery
ginger
salt
sugar
meat tenderizer
baking soda
soy sauce
cornstarch
Worcestershire sauce
tomato ketchup
MSG
sesame oil
black pepper
oil
water

tomato, parsley, cherry and lettuce

Directions:

  1. Slice beef tenderloin 3 1/4 inches long and 1/2 inch thick, soak it in grated carrot, onion, celery and ginger juice. Add 1 tsp salt, 1/3 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp meat tenderizer, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 lb water ( about 1 cup), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp cornstarch mix well. Marinate 6 hours.

  2. Combined seasonings: 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp MSG, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/8 black pepper in a bowl, and mix well.

Methods:

  1. Fry bee slices in 4 tbsp oil over medium heat about 6 minutes until golden brown then remove.

  2. Stir-fry combined seasonings and put in the golden brown beef. Fry over high heat quickly and remove.

  3. Garnish with lettuce, tomato, parsley and cherries.

 

Notes: When soaking beef slices, stir well to make beef slices absorb the seasonings.
