Worcestershire sauce

MSG

Directions:
-
Slice beef
tenderloin 3 1/4 inches long and 1/2 inch thick,
soak it in grated carrot, onion, celery and
ginger juice. Add 1 tsp salt, 1/3 tbsp sugar,
1/2 tsp meat tenderizer, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2
lb water ( about 1 cup), 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2
tbsp oil and 2 tbsp cornstarch mix well.
Marinate 6 hours.

Combined seasonings: 3 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce, 1 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1
tbsp sugar, 1 tsp MSG, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1/8
black pepper in a bowl, and mix well.

Methods:

Fry bee slices in
4 tbsp oil over medium heat about 6 minutes
until golden brown then remove.

Stir-fry combined seasonings and
put in the golden brown beef. Fry over high heat
quickly and remove.

Garnish with lettuce, tomato,
parsley and cherries.
Notes: When soaking beef slices,
stir well to make beef slices absorb the seasonings. |
