Directions:

Slice the pork
fillet into 2 inches square and 1/16 inch thick,
marinate with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp
sugar, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 egg yolk, 1/2 tsp
meat tenderizer, 1/2 tsp sherry and 1 tbsp
cornstarch, mix well. Steep the pork slices in
cornstarch paste, for 15 minutes.

Combined seasonings: put 3 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 tsp black pepper and
1/2 tsp sesame oil into a bowl and mix well.

Score the carrots and bamboo
shoots as flower shapes, cut the lettuce into
round slices.

Methods:

Pour 3 tbsp oil
into the pan and heat, remove the pan off the
fire, arrange the pork slices in the pan and
sauté until golden brown.

Boil the combined seasonings, add
sautéed pork slices to it mix well and serve.

Garnish the plate with cut
vegetables.
