prawns
scallion (green onion)
ginger
Worcestershire sauce
tomato ketchup
sugar
MSG
salt
black pepper
sesame oil
tbsp wine
oil
tomato
lettuce

Directions:
-
Trim and devein
prawns without removing shell, boil in water for
5 minutes, then drain.

Slice lettuce and score tomato as
flower shapes.
-
Cut green onion and ginger into
pieces of same size.

Combined seasonings: 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp tomato ketchup, 1
tbsp sugar, 1 tsp MSG, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black
pepper and 1 tsp sesame oil.

Methods:

Deep fry the
prawns over high heat for 2 minutes, then
remove.

Stir-fry scallion and ginger in 1
tbsp oil for one minutes, remove to platter.

Garnish with parsley, tomato and
lettuce and serve.
