duck feet
scallions
small piece ginger
small cucumber
small can mushrooms
salted ham
soup stock
lard
salt
MSG
cornstarch
chicken grease |

Directions:
-
Remove bone from the duck feet.
Boil with ginger and scallion for 30 minutes.
Cool with cold water, then cut into 2 sections.

Peel small cucumber, then cut
into diamond shape. Slice mushrooms. Soak in
warm water for a while then remove.

Steam salted ham and slice.

Methods:

Heat pan add 2 cup soup stock
with small cucumber, mushroom, salted ham, 1
tbsp lard, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp MSG, bring to a
boil and thicken with 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed
with 2 tbsp water, pour over duck feet, add
chicken grease and serve.
