Pig Ear Shreds with Hot Pepper and Sesame Recipe

Ingredients:

1 tbsp
 

pig's ears
scallions
brown pepper
salt
MSG
sugar
sugar
soy sauce
hot pepper oil (red oil)
sesame oil

 

Directions:

  1. Scrape off the dirt of ears, and boil them in water till they can be pierced by chopsticks. Then remove and cut in 3 1/4 inches shreds.

  2. Shred scallions in 3 1/4 inches lengths.

Methods:

  1. Put pig's ear and shredded scallion in a bowl, marinate with 1 tsp brown pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp red oil, 1 tsp dark vinegar, and 1 tbsp sesame oil, then mix well and serve.
