Ingredients: |

1 1/3 lb
5 cloves
Seasoning:
3 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp

pork hind leg
garlic, peel & chop
soy sauce
sugar
MSG
hot pepper oil

Directions:
-
Cover pork with water, bring to
boil (about 25 minutes), remove and slice into
large thin slices (about 4 2/3 inches long and 2
3/8 inches wide)

Combined seasonings in the bowl,
stir evenly.

Methods:
-
Boil 6 cup water, scald meat
slices 30 seconds, remove, drain and arrange in
serving plate.

Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped garlic
on meat slices.

Pour combined seasonings over
meat slices and serve.
Notes:
-
Slices pork, the thinner the
better.
-
Don't boil pork slices too long,
the meat will not be tender.
-
Serve this dish with fat meat so
that it will not too tough.
