Pork with Chopped Garlic Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb
5 cloves

Seasoning:
3 tbsp
1 tbsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp

pork hind leg
garlic, peel & chop


soy sauce
sugar
MSG
hot pepper oil

 

Directions:

  1. Cover pork with water, bring to boil (about 25 minutes), remove and slice into large thin slices (about 4 2/3 inches long and 2 3/8 inches wide)

  2. Combined seasonings in the bowl, stir evenly.

Methods:

  1. Boil 6 cup water, scald meat slices 30 seconds, remove, drain and arrange in serving plate.

  2. Sprinkle 1 tbsp chopped garlic on meat slices.

  3. Pour combined seasonings over meat slices and serve.

Notes:

  1. Slices pork, the thinner the better.

  2. Don't boil pork slices too long, the meat will not be tender.

  3. Serve this dish with fat meat so that it will not too tough.
