Ingredients:

duck feet (without
bones)
rape
oil
mushrooms
sherry (wine)
cornstarch
soy sauce
oyster sauce
salt
MSG
sugar

Directions:
-
Clean duck feet,
rinse and drain, scald in boiling water for a
while, then remove and drain, coat in oil.

Remove rape leaves and retain
stems, scald in boiling water, remove, stir-fry
in 1 tbsp hot oil for a moment.
Methods:

Stir-fry
mushrooms and duck feet in 2 tbsp hot oil for 1
minute, add 1/2 tbsp sherry, 1 cup boiling
water, and combined seasonings, bring to a boil,
add 1 tbsp cornstarch paste, stir to thicken
sauce, then add 2 tbsp oil before serving.

Garnish with rape.
