Chinese cabbage
dried black mushrooms
bream (dried)

Directions:
-
Slice pork (about
1 5/8 inches long and 5/8 inch wide) mix with 1
tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch, stir
evenly.

Clean Chinese cabbage then shred
in long shreds (about 2 3/8 inches long and 5/8
inch wide).

Soak mushrooms in warm water,
remove stem, then slice.

Slice dried bream, deep-fry in
hot oil, 425 oF, then remove.
Methods:

Deep-fry pork
slices in 4 cup oil, remove soon.

Stir-fry Chinese cabbage in 2
tbsp oil, add bream slice, pork slices, 1 1/2
cup water, 3 tbsp sherry, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1/4 tsp
salt to the pan, cook and add 1 tsp cornstarch
paste and sesame oil, remove and serve.
