Cabbage with Bream Recipe

Ingredients:

4 oz
1 tbsp
2 tsp
1 1/3 lb

1 oz
4 cup
3 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/4 tsp
1 tsp
1 1/2 cup

pork
soy sauce
cornstarch
Chinese cabbage
dried black mushrooms
bream (dried)
oil
sherry
MSG
salt
sesame oil
water

Directions:

  1. Slice pork (about 1 5/8 inches long and 5/8 inch wide) mix with 1 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch, stir evenly.

  2. Clean Chinese cabbage then shred in long shreds (about 2 3/8 inches long and 5/8 inch wide).

  3. Soak mushrooms in warm water, remove stem, then slice.

  4. Slice dried bream, deep-fry in hot oil, 425 oF, then remove.

Methods:

  1. Deep-fry pork slices in 4 cup oil, remove soon.

  2. Stir-fry Chinese cabbage in 2 tbsp oil, add bream slice, pork slices, 1 1/2 cup water, 3 tbsp sherry, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1/4 tsp salt to the pan, cook and add 1 tsp cornstarch paste and sesame oil, remove and serve.
