pig heart, clean &
slice
pig liver, clean, slice & scald
pig lung, slice & scald
young ginger, cut to flower shape
pineapple, slice
carrot, slice
water chestnuts, slice
salted ham
soup stock
vinegar
salt
sugar
cornstarch
green peas |

Directions:
-
Steam salted ham
then dice into small dices.
Methods:
-
Boil soup stock,
add pig lung, liver, heart, chestnut, carrot,
ginger slices, half of pineapple slices, 1 tbsp
vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp
cornstarch paste to the soup, then remove half
of mixture to a plate.

Add green peas and remaining
pineapple slices and cook one minutes, then pour
over the plate which has above material,
sprinkle small ham dices over it and serve.
