Ingredient:

a dash sesame oil

Directions:
-
Beat eggs till lemon colored.

Peel bananas, cut each into
irregular 1 inch pieces.

Coat plate with sesame oil.

Methods:

Mix banana pieces with dry
flour, then coat with egg paste, and mix in dry
flour again.

Deep-fry banana pieces in
boiling oil 450 0F till golden brown, remove.

In another pan, heat 2 tbsp oil,
add 7 tbsp sugar and 1 cup boiled water, stir
over medium heat until sugar melts then simmer
over low heat, stir with chopsticks till it
becomes carmel colored.
-
Deep-fry banana again, coat
evenly with carmel and place on serving plate.
