Directions:
-
Cook 5 tbsp corn powder with 1/2
cup boiled water, add 1/2 lb sugar, coconut meat
and margarine mix evenly as stuffed coconut
meat.
-
Place flour in bowl, add 1/2 lb
sugar, lard, 1 cup water, 1 tbsp baking powder.
-
Chop cherries, boil egg yolk,
and parsley.

Methods:
-
Make 5 doughs in 5 layers of
thin circles, stuffed coconut meat in the center
of each layer.
-
Pierce the upper layer many
little holes with fork.
-
Steam over high heat for 30
minutes, pierce with fork, if there is nothing
attaching fork it cooked thoroughly.

Put 3 egg white in egg-beater
and beat till froth then wrap in cake sprikle
chopped cherry, egg yolk steam again for 1
minute.
Notes:
-
Mix baking powder with flour
evenly in dough.
-
Stuff coconut meat in every
layer evenly to make it beautiful.

Pierce with fork deeply and
around side much in order to steam it easily and
to keep it beautiful.
