ground pork
MSG

soy sauce
sesame oil

Directions:

Mix flour with 3/4 cup warm
boiled water, knead for 5 minutes, leave it for
30 minutes to rest.

Chop scallion, ginger, tender
scallion.

Mix ground pork with 3 tbsp
water, 2 tsp MSG, 1 tsp salt, 1 tbsp soy sauce,
1 tbsp sesame oil, scallion, ginger and tender
scallion.

Methods:

Roll out dough into long roll
and cut it into 40-50 pieces. Flatten each piece
with hand and roll into round thin pancake, put
it meat in center then fold over to make a half
circle and pinch edges together.

Heat a large frying pan until
very hot, add 2 cup oil, when oil is hot, add
enough dumplings to cover the bottom of the pan
without over lapping, saute over medium heat
until bottom is golden, turn to low heat, add
2/3 cup water, cover and cook until water has
evaporated (about 5-10 minutes), and drain
remaining oil. Place a serving plate over the
pan and invert the pan quickly and serve hot.
