apple
seedless raisins
rough white sugar
eggs
milk
vanilla extract
melted lard
corn powder

Directions:

Trim crust from bread and soak
in 3 cup warm water for 5 minutes, remove and
drain thoroughly.

Peel apple and dice.

Soak raisins, rinse and drain.

Coat pudding mold with oil.

Methods:

Mix bread with sugar, 3 eggs, 4
tbsp milk, and vanilla extract stir thoroughly,
then pour into mold.

Mix apple pieces, raisins, 1 cup
water, and 4 tbsp lard in a bowl pour in mold,
and stir gently.

Steam over medium heat for 40
minutes, then invert over serving plate.

Boil 1 cup water with 3 tbsp
sugar, add 2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 tbsp
milk, stir evenly, then pour over pudding and
serve.
