Ingredient:
 

1 1/3 lb

pork, ground
bamboo shoot
scallions
shrimps
salt
MSG
black pepper
cornstarch
sesame oil
egg hard boiled
won-tun skin

Directions:

  1. Boil bamboo shoot and dice into small pieces.

  2. Chop scallion.

  3. Clean shrimp with salted water, split each one.

  4. Place diced pork, diced bamboo shoot, chopped scallion and shrimp in the bowl, add salt, MSG, black pepper, cornstarch, and sesame oil, then stir evenly as meat stuffing.

  5. Grate egg white and yolk separately.

  6. Trim won-tun skins to circles.

  7. Coat steamer with a little oil.

Methods:

  1. Place a sheet of won-tun skin on left palm, put 1 tbsp meat with right hand into skin, gather edges together and make a "waist" (see picture), smooth top (stuffed meat) and sprinkle top with grated egg then place in the steamer.

  2. Steam over high heat for 5-10 minutes until pork is done and serve.
