Directions:
-
Boil 4 cup water, drop in
tapioca, cook and stir over low heat till
transparent, drain and put in cold water to
cool.

Methods:

Place tapioca in a pan, add
sugar, milk, 2 cup water, 3 egg yolks, butter,
lard, stir over low heat till cooked thoroughly.

Mix 4 tbsp corn powder and 2
tbsp water, then pour into tapioca mixture and
pour into a pyrex dish.

Mix 3 egg whites and 1 tbsp
sugar, beat till frothy, pour over tapioca.
Garnish cherry and raisin then bake in oven at
350 0F till golden brown (about 15
minutes) and serve.
