Directions:

Boil and mash green peas.

Methods:

Boil 5 cup soup stock, add
creamed corn, salt, MSG, and sesame oil.

Mix 3 tbsp corn powder with 3
tbsp water evenly, pour slowly in soup stock to
thicken. Mix 2 egg yolks with 1 tbsp oil evenly,
add to the pan, then remove all except 1/2 cup
to a large bowl.

Boil retaining 1/2 cup soup with
green pea mash.

Pour the 1/2 cup soup with green
pea mash in the large soup bowl and serve.
