Ingredients:
1/2 1 1/3 lb 1 tsp
duck (boiled until tender) pickled mustard leaves (stems) a dash salt MSG
Directions:
Cut duck into bite-size pieces.
Cut pickled mustard leaves (stems) slantwise.
Methods:
Cook pickled mustard leaves in 6 cup boiling water for 3-4 minutes, remove and place in a soup bowl. Retain soup.
Place duck pieces on pickled mustard leaves.
Add a dash salt and 1 tsp MSG to soup (step 1), then pour over duck and serve.
