Eggs with Liver Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

pig liver
scallions
small piece ginger
salted ham
quail eggs
black sesame seeds
eggs
black pepper
MSG
salt
sherry (wine)
soup stock
chicken grease

 

Directions:

  1. Mince pig liver.

  2. Chop ginger and scallions.

  3. Chop salted ham.

  4. Coat one dozen table spoons with oil, put 1 quail egg with chopped ham and black sesame seeds into each spoon, then steam them in a steamer for 3 minutes.

Methods:

  1. Beat 5 eggs marinate with minced liver, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tbsp sherry, 2 cup water, chopped ginger, and scallion. Put in the bowl, then steam over high heat for 30 minutes.

  2. Boil 2 cup soup stock with 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp MSG; pour over steamed liver, then put steamed quail egg on top and sprinkle with 1 tbsp chicken grease and serve.

Notes: Use plenty of water and high heat. Then put the food into the steamer after the water is boiling.
