flat mushrooms

straw mushrooms
sliced carrot, green vegetables

Directions:
-
Soak dried black mushrooms in
warm water till soft, remove stems.

Slice flat mushrooms into large
thin pieces.

Peel cucumber and cut into long
strips.

Cut pork into bite-sized pieces
marinate with 1/4 salt and 1 tsp cornstarch.

Methods:

In 1 cup boiling water, blanch
separately the cucumber, pork pieces, golden
mushrooms, flat mushrooms, straw mushrooms, and
dried black mushrooms, remove and arrange in a
big soup bowl.

Blanch carrot and green
vegetable stems place on mushrooms for garnish.

Marinate soup stock with 1 tsp
sesame oil, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG, then pour
over mushrooms and serve.
