Four Kinds of Mushrooms Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

dried black mushrooms
flat mushrooms
cucumber
pork
salt
cornstarch
golden mushrooms
straw mushrooms
sliced carrot, green vegetables
sesame oil
MSG
soup stock

 

Directions:

  1. Soak dried black mushrooms in warm water till soft, remove stems.

  2. Slice flat mushrooms into large thin pieces.

  3. Peel cucumber and cut into long strips.

  4. Cut pork into bite-sized pieces marinate with 1/4 salt and 1 tsp cornstarch.

Methods:

  1. In 1 cup boiling water, blanch separately the cucumber, pork pieces, golden mushrooms, flat mushrooms, straw mushrooms, and dried black mushrooms, remove and arrange in a big soup bowl.

  2. Blanch carrot and green vegetable stems place on mushrooms for garnish.

  3. Marinate soup stock with 1 tsp sesame oil, 3/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG, then pour over mushrooms and serve.
