fresh shrimps
salted ham
string bean
egg whites
sugar
sesame oil
black mushrooms
soup stock

Directions:
-
Slice pork about 1/4 inch thick,
1 1/8 inches wide and 2 3/8 inches long, mix
with 1 tsp cornstarch, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp
MSG.
-
Clean and shell shrimp, press
every two which have been dipped in cornstarch,
into round shrimp cake, then scald in boiling
water.
-
Steam salted ham, then cut into
diamond shape.

Clean string beans, then cut
slantwise.
-
Add 5 tbsp water, 5 egg whites
with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp MSG,
then mix well.

Put egg white into 12 small
plates which have been dipped sesame oil, then,
steam over low heat for 5 minutes, remove, again
put ham slices and string beans into the plate
to steam for 1 minute.

Methods:
-
Put meat slices into boiling
soup stock, then add dried black mushrooms, 1/2
tsp salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, and bring to boiling
again. Remove and pour in big soup bowl, arrange
shrimp cake and steamed egg white in the bowl,
add 1 tbsp sesame oil and serve.
