shrimps
pork (fat)
chicken eggs
ham
carrot
salt
MSG
sugar
cornstarch
sesame oil
black pepper

Directions:
-
Clean shrimps
with salted water, drain and dry, mince with
pork fat, marinate with 1 egg white, 1 tsp salt,
1 tsp MSG, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2
tsp sesame oil, 1/8 tsp black pepper, stir in
the same direction to make shrimp paste.

Beat eggs, season with 1/4 tsp
salt, 1/8 tsp MSG, 1 tsp flour and mix well.

Shred ham and carrot.

Methods:

Heat pan, add a
dash of oil, pour in 1/4 egg mixture, sauté over
low heat. Tilt pan to distribute egg evenly,
cook until done. remove egg "skin" to a plate.
Sauté the same way 4 times and get 4 sheets.

Add a dash of cornstarch on the
sheets, spread minced shrimp paste, and ham, put
the carrot shreds both side, roll up from both
sides as photo above, place into steamer and
steam for 10 minutes. Remove and slice slantwise
(about one inch thick).
