Directions:
-
Remove bones and
cut off upper parts of duck feet, soak it in
boiling water a moment, squeeze out water with
towel and dry.

Shell and devein shrimp, rinse
and dry, then mince with pork, add 1 tsp salt, 1
tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/8 tsp black pepper, 1
tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp cornstarch, stir and mix
as shrimp paste.

Slice ham.

Dredge duck feet in cornstarch,
stuff with shrimp paste and set two green peas
on it, sprinkle chopped ham on top.

Remove broccoli leaves, stir-fry
stalks until done.

Methods:
-
Place duck feet
in a steamer which has been brushed with oil,
steam over high heat for 6 minutes and remove.

Arrange broccoli in the center of
serving plate, then place duck feet around the
edge.

Boil steamed sauce again add 1/4
tsp MSG, 1 tsp cornstarch paste, and i tsp
sesame oil to sauce, and pour over duck feet and
serve.
