egg white
cubes bean curd
green peas

cornstarch

soy sauce

Directions:
-
Mix the chopped
pork fat and shrimp, add 1/2 egg white, 1 tsp
salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp black
pepper, 1/2 tsp sesame oil and 1 tbsp
cornstarch, stir and mix as shrimp paste.

Remove the hard surface of bean
curd, cut each bean curd into 3 pieces. Make a
small hollow on each bean curd, sprinkle with
cornstarch, stuff with shrimp paste and garnish
a green pea on it.

Set lettuce in the bottom of the
plate, put bean curd on top.

Methods:
-
Steam stuffed
bean curd for 8 minutes, remove and garnish with
lettuce.

Put 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 salt,
1/2 tsp MSG, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, and 1/4 tsp
black pepper into the bowl and mix well, then
pour over steamed bean curd.

Boil 2 tbsp lard over high heat,
pour over bean curd and serve.
