Ingredients:

dried black mushrooms
ginger
scallion
salt
MSG
lard
sherry (wine)

Directions:
-
Remove nails,
main bones and outer skin from chicken feet,
scald in boiling water for 3 minutes, remove and
soak in cold water to cool.

Soak dried black mushrooms in
warm water to soften, remove the stem.
Methods:

Place 2 pieces
ginger, 1 scallion, 5 cup water, mushrooms,
chicken feet, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1 tbsp
lard, and 1 tbsp sherry in a stewing pan, then
simmer 1 1/2 hours, remove.

Remove ginger and scallion, then
serve.
Notes:
-
This dish is very delicious, has few
calories.
-
Add the water in which mushrooms had
been soaked to soup to increase flavor.
