Stewed Duck with Pickled Cucumbers Recipe

Ingredients

1/2
1 can
6 cup
3 slice
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp

duck
pickled cucumber
water
slices ginger
salt
MSG
sherry (wine)
 

Directions:

  1. Cut duck into bite-sized pieces, scald duck pieces in boiling water for 5 minutes, then remove, rinse and drain.

Methods:

  1. Place duck pieces in stewing pan, add 6 cup water, 1 can pickled cucumber, 3 pieces ginger, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp MSG, and 1 tbsp sherry, cover and simmer 2 hours, then remove, and serve.

Notes:

  1. It is better to buy the crisp cucumber.
