Chinese cabbage
salted ham
dried black mushrooms
dry scallop
salt
MSG
Lard
scallions
small piece ginger
soup stock |

Directions:
-
Clean Chinese
cabbage and cut into long sections (about 2 3/4
inches) then put into the bowl.

Boil salted ham then shred.
-
Soak dried black mushrooms soft,
then shred.
-
Clean scallop then steam with
water for half and hour. Let it cool then shred.
Methods:
-
Put scallop in
the center of bowl, salted ham around it then
shredded dried black mushrooms at the outside
part. Marinate with 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 MSG, 1
tbsp lard, 2 scallions, and 1 small piece
ginger. Add 4 cup soup stock. cover it and
steamed for 1 hour.

Remove ginger and scallion after
steaming and serve.
