Diced Pork with Cucumber Recipe

Ingredients:

Seasoning (combined):
1 tsp
1 tsp
1 tsp
1/3 tbsp
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp
2 tbsp
1 tbsp

pork fillet
small cucumbers
red peppers
scallions
small pieces ginger
soy sauce
cornstarch
hot soy bean paste
oil



MSG
salt
sugar
vinegar
soy sauce
cornstarch
water
sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Remove strings from pork fillet, score pork both sides, then dice into 3/4 inch slices, add 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, and 1 tsp cornstarch, mix evenly.

  2. Dice small cucumber; soak it with pork dices in 3 tbsp boiling oil about 30 seconds.

  3. Shred red pepper, scallion and ginger.

Methods:

  1. Stir-fry chopped scallion, chopped ginger and red pepper in 1 tbsp oil, add 1 tbsp hot soy bean paste, then add diced pork, small cucumber, stir-fry quickly over high heat, add combined seasonings and 1 tbsp oil, remove and serve.

Note:

  1. If chicken meat is used in place of pork fillet, it is called "Diced Chicken with Cucumber".

  2. Score both sides of pork fillet, it helps to retain seasonings.
