Double-Cooked Pork Slices Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb

 Seasoning (Combined):
1 tbsp
1 tbsp
2 tsp
1 tsp
1/2 tbsp
1 tbsp

pork hind leg (1 5/8 inches wide)
green peppers
garlic sprouts
oil



hot soy bean paste
sweet soy bean paste
sugar
MSG
sherry (wine)
soy sauce

Directions:

  1. Simmer pork in water to cover for 30 minutes, remove and drain, slice into pieces (about 2 3/4 inches long and 2 inches wide).

  2. Remove the stem and seed of green pepper, then slice it.

  3. Cut garlic sprouts into sections.

Methods:

  1. Stir-fry pork slices in 3 tbsp oil for 1 minute till dry.

  2. Place green pepper and garlic stems into the pan, add in seasoning; then stir-fry quickly over high heat, remove and serve.
