inches wide)
green peppers
garlic sprouts
oil
hot soy bean paste
sweet soy bean paste
sugar
MSG
sherry (wine)

Directions:
-
Simmer pork in
water to cover for 30 minutes, remove and drain,
slice into pieces (about 2 3/4 inches long and 2
inches wide).

Remove the stem and seed of green
pepper, then slice it.

Cut garlic sprouts into sections.
Methods:
-
Stir-fry pork
slices in 3 tbsp oil for 1 minute till dry.

Place green pepper and garlic
stems into the pan, add in seasoning; then
stir-fry quickly over high heat, remove and
serve.
