Directions:
-
Soak salted
jellyfish in water thoroughly to remove salt,
then cut into large pieces.
-
Remove the vein and membrane of
duck gizzards, then slice.
-
Remove the seed of small cucumber
and slice in diamond shape.
-
Boil carrot and bamboo shoot and
cut in flower shape.
-
Cut ginger in flower shape.
Methods:
-
Blanch small
cucumber and duck gizzards in 1 cup boiling
water, then remove.
-
Stir-fry ginger, garlic and red
pepper in 3 tbsp oil, then add carrot, bamboo
shoot, small cucumber and duck gizzards into
pan, stir-fry quickly over high heat, pour in
combined seasonings and salted jellyfish,
stir-fry quickly again, remove and serve.
