Stir-Fried Shrimp with Assorted Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

1 1/3 lb
1/2
1/3 tbsp
1/2
1
2 oz
1 clove
3 slice
1/2 tsp
3 cup
 

Seasoning (combined):
1 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
1/8 tsp
1/2 tsp
1 tsp
1 tbsp

shrimps
egg white
cornstarch
green pepper
red pepper
boiled peanuts
garlic
ginger
sherry (wine)
oil
scallions, parsley for garnishing




salt
MSG
sesame oil
black pepper
sugar
cornstarch
water

Directions:

  1. Clean and shell shrimp with salt water, rinse and dry, add 1/2 egg white, 1 tbsp cornstarch, stir and mix evenly.

  2. Remove the seeds of green pepper and red pepper and dice

  3. Mince boiled peanuts.

Methods:

  1. Heat 3 cup oil  to 400 oF in pan, deep-fry shrimp, diced green pepper and diced red pepper in the pan for one minute, then remove.

  2. Stir-fry garlic and ginger in 1 tbsp oil, add 1/2 tsp wine shrimp, diced green pepper and red pepper, and combined seasonings, stir-fry quickly and evenly and add 1 tbsp oil, remove and sprinkle with minced peanuts.

  3. Garnish with parsley and scallion shreds, serve.
