Pork Tripe with Hot Pepper Oil Recipe

pig tripe (about 2 lb)
peanuts, shell
scallions
small piece ginger, chopped
little vinegar
brown pepper
salt
MSG
white sugar
soy sauce
dark vinegar
sesame oil
hot pepper oil
parsley

Directions:

  1. Clean pig tripe with salt, vinegar, scallion, and ginger, boil it with clean water, remove and let it cool then dice (about 3/4 inch pieces).

  2. Cut scallion into sections (about 3/4 inch pieces).

Methods:

  1. Arrange pig tripe, peanuts in the plate marinate with 1 tsp brown pepper, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp MSG, 1 tsp white sugar, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1/3 tbsp dark vinegar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, scallion sections, chopped ginger and 1 tbsp hot pepper oil and mix well.

  2. Garnish with parsley.
