small piece ginger, shredded

sherry (wine)

Directions:

Cut beef against
grain into shreds, marinate with 1/8 tsp salt,
1/2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp cornstarch, and 1/2
egg, stir and mix evenly.

Cut scallion slantwise into
small sections.
Methods:

Heat 4 cup oil to
375 oF in pan, add beef shreds, fry
10 seconds and remove.

Stir-fry ginger shred in 3 tbsp
hot oil, add scallion sections, 1 tsp salt, 1
tsp MSG, and beef shreds, 1/2 tbsp soy sauce,
1/2 tbsp wine. Stir-fry quickly over high heat,
add 1 tbsp sesame oil, remove and serve.
